All of my cakes are baked fresh to order using only the finest and freshest ingredients to ensure that your cake not only looks exquisite, but tastes delicious as well. Natural, raw ingredients or natural flavourings including Cocoa Berry Dutch Cocoa, Madagascar Vanilla bean and variations of 100% Belgian chocolate are used to create these delicious cake sponges and fillings.
Each cake is finished with Swiss Meringue buttercream and a layer of Massa Ticino sugar paste if the design requires a fondant finish.
Due to the nature of my work environment I am unable to offer nut free flavours however gluten free options are available for select flavours.
Personalized flavour pairings may be accommodated upon request.
